Which plan fits my group?
Gather helps small clubs import a roster and coordinate weekly meetings. Studio adds room-utilization insights for teams managing several spaces. Collective adds a weekday heatmap, longest free windows, and downloadable operations reports for shared-space operators. Each tier also increases workspace capacity.
Does each person get a login?
Directory entries count the people whose availability you manage. They do not create accounts or invitations. Each account has its own private workspace.
Can I explore before paying?
Yes. Preview needs no card and never automatically becomes a paid subscription.
Are bookings recurring?
Availability and reservations repeat weekly. Calendar export produces recurring events in your workspace timezone.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
Manage renewal in Plans & billing. Active card subscriptions can schedule a plan change for the next cycle when supported. For other methods, cancel renewal and choose a new plan after the paid period. See refunds and cancellation for help.
